Simulation is Better than Erlang
Erlang C -- Commonly used in software to determine the number of agents required for a given call volume. 'Erlang C' is a complex, but flawed, method for staffing.

A = traffic in Erlangs, N = servers (agents),
P(>0) = probability of delay, P = probability of loss - Poisson formula
Erlang assumes:
- Customers wait forever and never hang up.
- All agents are able to take every call type.
- Every call has the same priority in queue.
